Our registered office is 180 London Road, Romford, England, RM7 9EU, and our training centre is at Unit at Woodcroft Farm, Folkes Lane, Upminster RM14 1TH. We are responsible for the personal information you give us through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the course you're interested in, and your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and give you advice about training. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without asking you.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry doesn't lead to training with us, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a learner, we keep your records for as long as the awarding bodies and the law require.

Who else sees it

Enquiries are sent by email through our website host. If you go on to register for a qualification, we share the details needed with the awarding body.

Fonts

This website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you visit. The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email info@wataha.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
