2. Information on this website
The information on this website is general guidance about construction qualifications and CSCS cards. It is not personal advice. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that it is complete or current.
CSCS, CITB and awarding body rules can change. Before you make a decision, check the latest requirements with us or on the official CSCS website.
The courses and qualifications listed may change, and not every course is available at all times.
3. Enquiries and courses
- Sending an enquiry through this website doesn't create a contract, and it doesn't reserve a place on a course.
- Your place on a course or NVQ is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing.
- Before you register, we'll tell you the fees, payment terms, and cancellation and refund terms that apply to your course.
- Qualifications are awarded by the awarding body once you meet its standards. We support you throughout, but we can't guarantee that you'll achieve a qualification.
- CSCS cards are issued by CSCS, not by Wataha. To get a card, you must meet CSCS's requirements, including passing the right CITB Health, Safety and Environment test.
4. Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website. That includes:
- sending false information or spam through our forms
- trying to get unauthorised access to the website or its server
- introducing viruses or other harmful material
We may suspend or change the website at any time, and we don't guarantee that it will always be available.

The text, logo, images and design of this website belong to Wataha Ltd or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
